One of the hardest things for me to do is calm my brain down at the end of the day so I can get some decent sleep. I know I can't be alone in that.
With small business owners wearing so many hats, it's no wonder their night time thoughts are filled with dreams of payroll, product development, benefit enrollments and many other things.
But I also know that I am useless to the world if I don't get catch some solid z's before I go to work.
